On April 10, 2019, Governor Laura Kelly signed in to law HB 2101.  This bill included many updates and technical amendments to the Kansas Credit Union Act.  The complete Act can be found here with annotations (courtesy of the Kansas Office of Revisor of Statutes).

The September 30, 2020, 5300 Call Report Deadline is October 25, 2020.  Credit unions may use this Affidavit and should also review the NCUA's instructions for this report.
