•  Kansas Credit Union Act, K.S.A. 17-2201, et seq.

On April 10, 2019, Governor Laura Kelly signed in to law HB 2101.  This bill included many updates and technical amendments to the Kansas Credit Union Act.  The complete Act can be found here with annotations (courtesy of the Kansas Office of Revisor of Statutes). 

•  Call Report Deadline

The 2020 4th Quarter Call Report is due January 31, 2021.  Credit Unions may use the following forms:  Call Report Affidavit and Oath of Directors and Committee Members and Roster of officials.


•  KDCU Credit Union Council

The next KDCU Credit Union Council meeting is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 11, 2021.  The meeting format is TBD and will be announced by March 1, 2021.
