  • Filing Tips From NCUA for the June 2018 Call Report

    The below PDF provides important Credit Union Online processes for submitting the June 30, 2018, Call Report and Profile information. This information should be used to assist Credit Unions with meeting the filing deadline.

  • Information About the 6/30/2018 Call Report!

    Call Report Notification Letters will be sent from this office on Friday, June 22 2018.

    KDCU Examiners will send a secure email to credit unions for required submission of documents June 29, 2018.

    Call Report required documents requested by KDCU are due no later than Friday, July 20th, 2018. These must be sent to your assigned examiner via secure email. Paper copies will no longer be accepted. For more information regarding this change, click the link below:

    Call Report Affidavits are still mandatory, but no longer require notarization. In addition, they must be submitted digitally by email to KDCU.office@ks.gov  Paper copies will no longer be accepted. For a copy of the call report affidavit, please click the link below:

    Call Reports Submissions in CU Online to NCUA for the June 30, 2018 cycle are due on Sunday, July 29th, 2018 at 10:59:59 pm Central Standard Time and a civil money penalty will be imposed by NCUA for late filers.

NASCUS Accreditation

The Kansas State Department of Credit Unions has met all of the required standards with respect to the NASCUS Accreditation Program and is hereby certified for a five-year period beginning June 2015 through June 2020 subject to annual review.
